Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or customs (for international orders).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the U.S. and select international countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for possible accommodations.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
