1. What is HerTheBrand Hair Oil made of?

Our hair oil is made with all-natural ingredients, including essential oils and plant-based extracts known to promote growth, moisture, and scalp health. A full ingredient list is available on each product page.

2. How do I use the hair oil?

Apply directly to the scalp once a day or every other day for best results.

You can also use it as a deep conditioner by applying the oil to your scalp and ends, leaving it on for 45 minutes, then rinsing or washing as usual.

3. Is this product safe for all hair types?

Yes! Our formula is designed to benefit all hair types and textures—from straight to tightly coiled.

4. How long will it take to see results?

Many customers notice improved softness and moisture within the first week. Visible growth and reduced breakage typically appear with consistent use over 4–6 weeks.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at herthebrand1@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please check our Shipping Policy (#) for more details.

7. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding!

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
